After going vegan 8 years ago, I really missed all the yummy Italian foods so I started making my own parmesan and ricotta.
Friends and fam told me to start a business so that's what I did! I went through a food incubator and learned how to do it and it turns out I LOVE THIS! So now I have Farmesan, Fauxcotta and 3 Sassy Cashew spreads-Cheddah, Sriracha Lime and Pink Salt & Pepper.
