Light and airy. An explosion of sprinkles and whipped vanilla frosting. The only thing appealing about your little nephew's screaming Birthday Party on a Saturday morning, is the tower of iconic Funfetti cupcakes; from that mom and pop bakery that has been standing forever. We skipped the party, we slept in, because those darn cupcakes are not Vegan. Instead, we dipped our cupcakes into coffee.
